Still interested in a Pullip Meet? Thursday and Friday evening is probably the best time to meet, as most panels will be wrapping up, and crowds won't be as large. The convention center may be a bit crowded, so Balboa Park, which is very close by, would be a great option (especially if Saturday works better for everyone.) I'm sure we could even figure out rides for those who flew in :) (Wendy sure is excited, she loves her comics, and had to show them off.)  X-posted to Dal_Junk |

Well, I challenged myself to finish up some lingering projects. And happily, I actually accomplished more than I thought I would in the time allotted. Got Stica a new body! I'm excited, I've been playing with it all morning. But, I can't get one of her head screws out. I can't tell if the screw driver isn't fitting in the hole right, or if it can't connect with the screw, or what. What's a stripped screw, and how do I fix it down in the bottom of the head like that? Any advice? |

DON'T email -us- information on your purchases, etc, but email DZ directly. Now, with that disclaimer: Dollzone has asked me to let customers know that Moggie HAS NOT PLACED ANY ORDERS WITH THEM IN OVER THREE MONTHS. The last order he placed with them was on April 20th, 2008. That's right. Three months. They haven't been able to contact him at all in over a month. So, those of you out of money -- if you used a CC, initiate a chargeback. I don't even know what to suggest to other people. :( Dollzone is a victim too - they haven't received a penny from him in over three months, so as you can understand they are very upset. I repeat: if you ordered a DZ item on pre-order from him in the last three months, according to DZ the orders were NEVER placed. I am not sure if it was the case with Buddy-doll or other companies, as I've only heard from DZ. DZ cares a great deal about its customers, and its very upset that this has happened. :( Any of you that can provide information to prove your purchase within those three months, please contact DZ directly -- they are hoping to have this sorted out, and find a way to help out. |

Well, it's been a long hard road. I wanted to get so much done while the kids were gone... but then the flood happened and then the hubby starting being at home all the time... then the youngest had to come home - and we had to spend time getting her back to the house rules. After that, the eldest came home - youngest went to my mother's and then we spent last week just hanging out with the oldest monster because we missed her so much! And finally, youngest came home and the family is back together. THEN I finally finish something. That is just so pathetic. I have another kimono started and hope to get that wrapped up VERY soon. Bleah! I just remembered! I also need to take pictures of the other traditional kimono I made - then I have about three outfits started for Princess Chuchi!! *eep!!* But enough blather (no one wants to hear it anyway) - here's the outfits! :)  First is a Kimono - the first made from fabric that was purchased where Requiemart suggested! It was VERY nice stuff to work with. Very stiff - which can make things a lot easier to deal with! :)  The second was a re-creation of the schoolgirl outfits I made last year! :) I was saddened to see that it was just as painful to make the second time around. There is just so much to put on... and a ton of handsewing. Heh. Turned out nice though! |

I was asked to post this for a TIB user: UPDATE: Ebay user ixtee_com not "ixtee" "Hello! I am dealing with a seller from ebay who is seemingly screwing me around. I do not have a LJ account and wanted to go ahead and get this up there sooner than I'll be able to set up an account. On TIB they said to contact you and you would hopefully post it for me? the seller is Ixtee on Ebay. I bought $134.00 worth of stuff form them and it never arrived. When i asked for tracking I was given some strange link to a page that didnt work. When I asked for it again I was give a tracking number that didn't work. When I asked the third time I was given a tracking number that ended in Jamaica NY over two weeks prior to this day. I called the post and they said they have no record of the package I was inquiring about. I asked what I can do and they said "nothing, the mailer must make a claim." I contacted Ixtee asking them to make the claim to find out where my package really is and how to get it to me and they refused saying it really is just my loss now and they are not responsible at this point because it already left their country. I feel that they are responsible since they are the only ones who can remedy the situation and are blatantly turning their cheek and deciding not to. I am not going to sit by and just let them have $134.00 of my hard earned money! I had ordered from the before and had tons of problems with the shipping. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and I ordered again and I am SO SORRY that I did. It has been nothing but a nightmare and at this point i don't even want all the cute shoes and tights, I just want my funds back! I have gone ahead and contacted paypal to try and take care of it.....I don't know though...what does everyone think? Has anyone had this happen before and what was the outcome if so? thanks! I re-organized my pony display....and even still I couldn't fit them all up -_- I just got my last 2 pony purchases for awhile- BNG ringlets and TE locket. My BNG set is now complete! I have lil sweetcake...For the first time ever I feel like my pony collection is, well, complete. at least up to my standards. I'll probably still be on the look out for dream beauties...but other than that, I have a small wishlist I don't intend on actively pursuing. If one of those ponies should come up or fall into my hands, so be it. But I will not be straying from the wishlist. I have some G1's for sale: Pretty vision baby cuddles BBE lofty baby surprise star dancer (store version) napper (store version) I bought a canvas today, I'm going to try painting my first real painting! *nervous* it's a deer I've designed for my dorm room and I'm not too sure how to go about starting the thing. Ok. My mother said she wouldn't buy a doll that didn't come with a wig and clothes (eh??), so I went with the Flora Full Package. So I placed the order for my lovely girl today. It comes with so much extra stuff!! Including the kitty ears and paws. I couldn't be more pleased! She definitely grew on me... I still really like Sugar - but I am not sorry about choosing Flora. *grins* But here's the deal. I thought I understood the payment process, but I seem to be confused. They wait two days and send you an invoice to pay? Am I reading this right? I was hoping to get it all settled today - but there doesn't seem to be a way to pay right away. At least it appeared that way to me when going through it. Anyone that has paid Fairyland... if you have some info - I would greatly love to hear from you! WOO! My first tiny BJD! :D |
